Oi! I've only just bought most of that stuff! :bawl:
-
I still have a Palm Pilot. :)
-
I still have several CD players.
-
The Flash camera is still being sold.

I still have a Palm Pilot. :)
I used to use mine a lot. Oh wait....
-
It's a shame they sold out, they were great tools in their day.
-
And I still use flash memory sticks. Sod that cloud stuff!
-
Hear hear.
-
Indeed.
-
I have a full box of fax paper. :)x
-
How useless were faxes? You could hardly make out what the document was, as the print quality was so poor, and the paper used to curl, making it virtually impossible to read or file!
-
Oi! My work revolved about my fax machine when I was doing inspections.
-
Well, I guess in their day, they were seen as a great technological achievement - I'm just amazed that some people, like doctors, still use them!
-
Yes, it is a bit weird that anyone has a use for them these days. Each fax I received would have around 40 pages and it was always a difficult moment when the paper or cartridge ran out halfway through. :)x
-
yeah they are one of these technologies that were great at the time but were supposed quickly. Surely emails and scans of documents if needed are the way things should happen. Our work photocopy does that, it will however, still send it as a fax if you like - but who would!
-
Luddites like Clive? ;D
-
Carving messages in stone was good enough for my parents and is good enough for me!

Solicitors for one, Sam. With most fax machines now being inkjet, often supporting colour, it can be seen as a remote printer.
