Yes he is.  Every September he puts on a concert called "The Elvis Festival".  in the theatre next door to me.  How could that happen if he was dead?   :dunno:

 :o:  It's the biggest Elvis festival in the world - no really!  Everybody wears Elvis masks and Elvis cloaks.  Have I said too much?   :facepalm:
