That's a great link Clive. Thank you.

Oh, how much I would like to have english language as my mother tongue to enjoy reading treasures like that.

Unfortunately, I can't read fast and it's hard for me to understand things without using the dictionary so often which puts limits to my patience.

I'll try anyway to have a general idea about that site (subject) whithin the limits of my desire and patience.

                            Thanks again clive

I think that your english is probably a lot better than some native english speakers Joudi  ;D
I dont know many polyglots that have as much fluency as you have in the three languages that you appear to know better than most people know their own  ;)

I dont think that the last bit translates as literally as that Adept, otherwise we would have to move this thread to the DZ  ;)

It's a french expression which means:

"Thanks Sandra,
you know, when you say that to me, you are pushing me ahead (or giving me a power or desire or encouragement in my english)"

Strange expression if you take it literally, no?   :D

I thought I'd have a go with a translator as well, but really don't understand the 'thumb' thing, at all!

"You know!  When you are said me that, you give me a thumb blow."
