Hey all.
Every now and again, I open IE, and the TEXT SIZE has changed to largest.
I guess I'm pressing a shortcut key somewhere, but I don't know what it is. Does anyone out there know?
-
Mine does that too but on mozilla, its only an occasional page that does it though ???
-
Mine does it if I use the left CTRL key while trying to scroll with the scroll mouse.
-
ah I wonder if I'm doing that by mistake then? 8)

No, I noticed that too, Michelle. I've yet to discover why it happens. The main culprits seem to be the Microsoft website pages, possibly because they are designed to work with IE.
Does it only happen some of the time Ket? I have found that the font settings in OE and Outlook also affect text sizes in IE. Maybe have a play with them? See screenshot below. In OE, it's Tools > Options > Read > Fonts. Setting the size to Medium, also makes IE text bigger on some web pages. :-\

It fine right now simon, so I think I won't mess with it, but thanks for that, I'll have a look anyway.
It only happened now and then, its normally on pals and only one page will do it, I think I just close that page and open it again and its fine?
So no bother really.

Sorry Michelle, that bit wasn't meant for you! I don't know what you can do about the Moz thing, but as you said, it's no big deal.
-
Oh okay simon, when you said my name I assumed it was, I hope it helps then keta. ;D

It only happens now and then.
I use shortcut keys quite a lot, so I'm guessing its the CTRL+Scroll that is doing it to me!!
Ahh well, it wasn't really a problem - just curious about it. I'll keep an eye out for that issue next time.
Thanks!
