hi
when using html how do i upload a picture from my documents? becoz it seems u must type in a url and if u cnt get the pic on a webpage how can u take it off? if u get me ??? ??? ???

Assuming you have accesss to web space, just upload the image using your FTP program. Lets say the image is boy.jpg, and your wed space is    
www .prince.plusnet.com, to view it once uploaded look in link www .prince.plusnet.com/boy.jpg

If you ain't yet made a wed page, you can get progs that make web pages for you in no time. But I would suggest you learn to do a bit of html by hand so to speak. Now this is a good step by step guide to web page building using html http://www.pagetutor.com/ (http://www.pagetutor.com/) and if you use http://www.httrack.com/ (http://www.httrack.com/)to download the web site onto your PC, you can read the tutorials off line.

I built this (http://www.suggy.plus.com/) web site by hand using html learned from "pagetutor" take a look under "Photo's" then under "You can view my Palestinian Photo selection"  

learn and enjoy.....Power to the People  ;)

you can't you need to upload using ftp (file transfer protocol) HTTP is used to display web pages.

If you give us who the webspace is with we'd prob be able to help more.

i spoke to you the other day about uploading pics with html and i told you then , do you remember anything  ???
