hi,
i hav a query regarding the SMPS.
I HAV A 300 WATTS "INTEX" ATX CABINET P4.AND A 15" MONITOR NOW I WANT TO KNOW WAT CAPACITY UPS SHOULD I BUY!
since i dont know what the Input Power fer this SMPS??!!but assuming that its 120% that mean input power drawn is 360 + 75W fer the monitor; equals 435W.
converting fer the AC power= 435* 1.414==620VA??
plz advise as this is driving me crazy!!

I find this (http://www.apcc.com/template/size/apc/index.cfm?action=single_workstation&temp_country=GB&device_type=workstation) page very useful for determining the correct UPS size. It only recommends APC UPS's, but the ratings it recommends can be used for other manufacturers' models too :)
Hope this helps
