Hi easymeat :welcome:

Perhaps you could start by describing the PC you already have. The kind of things we need to know are:-

Operating System (e.g. Windows XP, ME 98)
Processor (e.g. AMD/Intel)
Processor Speed (e.g. 2.4GHz, 2400+)
Hard drive size (e.g. 40GB)
Graphics Card (e.g. Radeon 9800)

If you could also let us know what you use your PC for (e.g. 3D Games, Wordprocessing, Internet), we can let you know what we think about your current setup and the options you have for upgrading :)

Hi Easymeat  :)

The graphics card is limited by which motherboard you have.
If you download and install Belarc Advisor, a free program from here :

http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

You can copy and paste the information that it gives you and that wil help us identify which motherboard you have and which makes/types of graphics card you can upgrade to.
It will also say how much RAM you have as well.
Dont worry about not knowing your way around the forum or the pc, we were all in the same position once  :)

Can anyone find any info out about the MSI 6382 mobo ?
I spent ages on their site and closest I can find is the 6380, it doesnt mention the 6832 at all  ???
I was on the main site but maybe the American site will offer more info ?

http://www.pcx.com.ph/showcase/profile.asp?id=165

Then if you do a search on alltheweb.com you can get a few links to manuals and bioses etc. (From the other MSI sites)

Top speed of processor is probably about XP2400  as it only supports the 200 and 266 bus. (Only if board revision is 2.0)
hey promised the earth! Then delivered mud.
Technically it did meet the spec.
