Um, can u be a bit more specific?

What OS do u have?
When did the problem start?

I tried looking for kudd.com, but it doesn't seem to exist...

Anyways, in HijackThis there is the option (after you scan) to save a log file. I think you can just save the file to your desktop, open it, copy then paste the results directly into your reply here.

Also, do you have the latest version of Adaware? The newest is Ad-Aware SE, version 1.05 i believe. You can download it from here
l33t h@x0r... sort of...

First things first:

1. Download and run LSPFix.exe from http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.zip
Click the 'I know what I am doing button' and then select all the calsp.dll entries to delete.

(following bit came from http://forums.techguy.org/showthread.php?&page=2&pp=15)

2. Download http://download.broadbandmedic.com/VX2Finder9x(126).exe  - you'll probably (Certainly!) find a few entries. Disconnect from the internet, Close all other windows and run. Then select select 'delete' for all the files it finds, then click on USERAGENT$ button, then click on IMPORT.REG and finally restore desktop. You will also need to download http://members.aol.com/toadbee/hoster.zip and click on the restore original hosts button. An alternative to this is to download and run the VX2 plugin for adaware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/addons/vx2cleaner.shtml.

3. Close all explorer windows, Re-Run HJT and select and fix any of the following that remain:

You'll need to shut all the explorer windows before fixing the following as well as shutting down the "AutoUpdate.exe", "AdDestroyer.exe" and "Virtual bouncer.exe" programs (and delete the directorys for good measure :)  - they are ALL spyware/foistware.

You also have a virus at the moment (a keylogger one) - wintask.exe. You need to shut that one down too.

You also need to regedit the run for wintask.exe manually. It's located at:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\PerformanceService

I'm assuming you know how to Regedit :)

EDIT:
This can also appear from an Email and use a different key - suggest you might want to use the information at

Been doing a bit of checking and this is a *VERY NASTY* bit of spyware to remove - no simple HJT fix I'm afraid :(

You didn't happen to download a scanner from adaware.com did you? Thats actually a spyware infection site :(

Anyways.....
Try and run the VX2 removal tool again in safe mode and see what it finds.

Failing that try and download this...it's a free 15 day trial version but should clean up a lot of your problems.

Thanks to everyone who helped but it looks like I must reinstall windows to solve my problem. If you have last ideas I would love to hear them but the trojan or spyware just will not go away.

Well, you might want to wait until a bit later, and see if Dack has any other ideas.  Not being funny, but did you definitely do what he previously suggested, in safe mode?  That could make all the difference.
