The line between the virtual and real world seems to be becoming ever more blurred.  I could imagine some people might find that hard to handle, and as such, it could be quite dangerous for certain individuals.

Judging by the way many people drive their cars I don't think they are able to separate the real world from the virtual world as it is!   ::)

It's just a gimmick as far as gaming goes. I could see it being used in industry though. Mind controlled machine would be really handy in places that are hard to get to. I could see VR controlled jets and such.
