Browser problem.

If your running nod32 and your browsers all die except for IE 64bit then you probably had a badupdate from nod. Go to the command prompt and run this command netsh winsock reset. If that doesn't work then uninstall nod. I fooled with my computer for an hour today trying to sot that out.
