SWMBO does not know how it got on to her PC ,I think it must have been via an email from one of her clients!

Hi Simon & Sam, I tried to remove it via Control Panel, but the PC kept freezing ,downloaded SuperAntiSpyware which has an option to protect your home page which seems to be working at the moment.

You probably need to make sure it's not running before removing it. Try uninstalling it in safe mode, Jim.
