Anyone know where I can get a cheap hole saw to cut a hole in 5mm Acrylic for a 120mm fan? Everyone is selling ones for steel for £15 - £25 online  :-\

Robot.. how good are you with a drill and half round file.

Mark out the area with a compass and drill holes around the inside of the Circumference then knock the inside piece out and smooth the rough edges with the half round file until you get to the marked line.. its a bit fiddly but saves the penny's M8.
