After installing broadband in our office this afternoon, I downloaded Windows 2000 SP3 from microsoft.com.

According to the download dialog box, it came down at an average speed of 2.43MB per second and all 124MB downloaded in about a minute  :o

Isn't that a bit fast even for broadband?  8) (It's only supposed to be a bog-standard 500K job) [/gloat]

Behold the wonders of BB St.Adept.
It never fails to surprise me,sometimes I can download of a friends FTP server and it varies anywhere from around 30Kbs to over 2,000Kbs which is actually impossible but the file names come and go so fast,if its only around 1Mb,that I dont have time to read the name its downloading sometimes  :-*
