Free Trial ISP
« on: December 18, 2002, 16:21 »
I only have Evening and Weekend access to the Internet at home as I have daytime access to the 'net at work.

However, I've just realised that over the Christmas holidays I'm going to be without my favourite forum during the daytimes :o :(

Does anyone know of any ISPs that have free 30-day trials? (not AOL please) ;D

Well Freeserve used to do it, but they are now offering 3 months at £6.99 a month. It was £5.99 when I signed up with them 3 months ago.

I'm with Freeserve Adept. Their daytime service isn't bad but it's slow at nights and week-end. You can get a free month for £13.99. They gave me 2 months because I complained that the service was too slow. The customer service is excellent.

I think Tesco (of all people  ::) ) have a daytime only one for about £5-99 per month. That may get you over the holiday season cheaply Adept.
You could always help Lady Adept out with the Xmas Dinner and then spend a few hours talking to her  :P

Sandra, the Lady Adept thanks you for your kind suggestion, but I'm more inclined to listen to Catch.

Bat: Wine cellar? The combined buying power of Tesco's and Co-Op can't keep up with me ;D ;D ;D
