RAR files

Sam
Thanks for you reply, I know how to make an iso image.
The iso image in on a cd as well as my hard drive. It cannot be read.
Iso buster reports during mounting of the disk only a session/track layout could be found. No file systems and folders could be found. Nero reported that the block size did not correspond to the image lenght.
Either I as going wrong with unraring or the files are bad.

ok from what you say there, it sounds like the files are f***ed. So since you made a cd from the ISO can that cd at all be read?

What program did you use to unrar them, could be a program error??

Sounds like the files are corrupt, can you get them re-sent from your friend and try again ?

I have been sent some rar files. I was told to unrar them to make an ISO image to put on a disk. When I use winrar on them all I end up with is one large file, which, as far as I can tell is still in the rar format. Can anyone help?
One singe rar file made up of the individual ones. Cannot process this file in anyway to make sence.

You can use magiciso to extract iso image or use magicdisc to mount iso image as virtual cd.
