I can't see how it can be mathmatical - it's not as though it's always the same answer - how does it know what number you're going to pick to start with?

OK Heres how it done
The only possible answers are 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, and 81. These symbols are always the constant on any given go
Is that mathmatical enough for you Simon

OK, I see how it works, so in that case, my maths must have been shoddy to get one wrong!
