Beat me to it Sam, I was just about to post this. That's twice in one day, first Clive, now you.

Interesting though how times have changed though. Everyone smoked back then, cigarette boxes and cases on your coffee table and desk at work. Now smokers are treated like the scourge of society.
A lot like what happened with Heroin, which is a bit of a shame really, as it apparently is a far better pain killer than morphine. If I get terminal bone cancer, I would want the best pain relief available, not the one the government says that I'm allowed. And I don't want to be weened off it because it's addictive either. What are they going to do, send me to rehab.
