Topic: uninstall Picture it..

I just uninstalled the picture it publishing 2001. But...I still have Picture it Express 7.0. When I go to add/remove programs it is listed there, but..it only has size of program, and rarely used, there is no way to uninstall it. Is there some way to get rid of it. Even though it says rarely used, it comes up when I download pics from my camera (finepix), that is the program that comes up to look at my pics. I hate that program don't know how I even got it. Though I did just buy a new camera, a canon..installed the software for it. But...I uninstalled it as I sent the camera back to the company, now back to old camera. I have windows xp. Anyway have any ideas on what I can do?
