I'm going to look really thick here, but what ingredients do you need, and is it just a case of throwing it all in, and it does it all for you?

Strong bread flour, a little yeast (you can get packets of dried yeast that make it easier), water, maybe a little salt and for variations of types of bread anything else you like to add.
You can also get packets of bread mix that you just add water to, but they work out a little more expensive, unless you can get them on special offer days.
Throw it all in the bowl, close the lid, tell it which type of loaf you are making, most machines even have a timer so you can set it up before you go to bed and have it come on and make the bread so thats its ready for when you want some for breakfast  :)

Plus fat and sugar for most recipes. We make wholemeal loaves and the Panny is the only machine that really handles them well.

My recipe is:

8 oz Strong white flour
4 oz Wholemeal flour
4 oz Spelt flour
12 oz water
teaspoon of butter
desertspoon of dark brown sugar
half satchet of dried yeast
teaspoon of Marvel
pinch of salt
lots of seeds (pumpkin, sunflower etc)

Chuck them altogether and switch on for 1hr 55 min
Remove, allow to cool, place half in freezer.
Incidentally it keeps much longer than shop bread.

You can omit the spelt flour but you must make up the shortfall with strong white.
