The word 'parasite' springs to mind. 

It has to be something to do with the medications he was being administered - accidental or not, it seems that the doctor has to be culpable for the death.

According to TMZ, the doctor quite his practice a few days ago, presumably to see MJ through the upcoming tour.  Guess his absence won't be so 'indefinite' now.
