I did, and now I have arm ache.  How does he do that?

Very clever!  I wish I could do card tricks!

It's got to be sleight of hand, we need a fixed camera shot to spot it.

He does part his hands quickly at one point, to point at a member of the audience, but that's too long a shot, and even pausing before and after he does that, I can't see the position of his hands.
