But who would want them other than Beatles fanatics?  They were rejected at the time because they were inferior quality.

Well, collectors like Dennis would grab them with both hands, if they were Elvis (and he hadn't already got them), and I would if they were Queen.  Sometimes, demos can give a fascinating insight into the writing process, if you're into that sort of thing.  :)

Any collector of their favourite artist would collect anything that was released. I have got some Elvis home recordings and Buddy Holly home recordings have been released and collected by fans. A lot of the Elvis shows were not recorded by the soundboard engineers but fans recordings have been re-mastered and put out on bootleg CDs.  8-)
Fourth in the 2018 Quiz of the Year but at least I beat Clive.

Yeah, you get those with virtually any artist, Den.  There are literally hundreds of bootleg CDs around for Queen, most of which are audience recordings, as the soundboard recordings never seemed to 'escape'.  Most are also virtually unlistenable to, but there are a few that are of better quality, and interesting to hear as a one off, but I certainly wouldn't listen to them on a regular basis.  The annoying thing with Queen is that they have vaults full of unreleased live recordings, but won't release them.  OK, so they may not all be of mainstream commercial value, but it wouldn't hurt them to put some out just as downloads for fans and collectors, who are sick of repeated 'Greatest Hits' packages being released.
