It looked like English to me Michelle, but it does have a German and a Korean version available at the bottom if you would find that easier to read
Seriously though, it appears that whoever supplied your PC and the restore CD/s for it have used Norton Ghost to do it with oaktree.
The info that Michelle found has a bit on about the position in the dump file, while I am not sure its related it may be and that suggests this to me :
This indicates when the error occurred. It represents the position in the image file that Ghost was at while writing the image information to memory or to a disk or partition.
If a problem repeatedly occurs at the same point in the image file, the image file might be corrupt, or the source disk or partition might have disk errors.
Can you do a scandisk to check your hard drive for errors ?
If that shows ok then it sounds as if your restore CD may be damaged
