Ah, the sixties,

First holiday without the parents, Butlins at Filey, awoken in the mornings to the camp PA playing 'Twist and Shout' by the Beatles. Spent the week avoiding the Blue Coats for peeing in the rose bushes, life was so simple and draconian then.

Ah the Fifties,

Man Utd teams came out at Turf Moor rubbed down with horse linimt [well it smelt like it] Stong ankled boys in short trousers,  playing in football boots made out of leather smelling of dubin and as heavy as clogs.

Sorry Clive what was the question  ???
