Ok your bored now and you just cant stop tinkering.. :o..so why not tinker with some of these instead.. ;)

Clean disk security
http://members.ozemail.com.au/~ksolway/clndisk.html
What is Clean Disk Security?
This program gives you secure file deletion, making sure that deleted files cannot be undeleted again.
Deleting a file normally just removes the file's directory entry, but the data itself remains on the disk.
This program completely eliminates the contents of deleted files.

Clean disk 2002
http://www.aesoftware.com/cdisk2002_info.htm
What is Clean Disk?
Clean Disk 2002 allows you to remove your tracks (things you have done on your computer),
remove internet-related files (browser cache, history files, etc.),
remove garbage files on your computer (setup programs lefts-over, unneeded files, etc.)
and many more options. While Clean Disk 2002 is thorough, it's also flexible.
The program allows you to see first the files that it will delete before it deletes them and
ask you which files you want to delete or which files you don't want deleted.

Registry cleaner

What is Registry cleaner?
Frequent installation and uninstallation of applications will leave entries in the Windows Registry,
making it grow bigger and slowing down Windows.
Use this utility to clean Registry - the most important part of Windows.

Eraser is an advanced security tool (for Windows), which allows you to completely remove sensitive data from your hard drive by overwriting it several times with carefully selected patterns. Works with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP and DOS.
Eraser is FREE software and its source code is released under GNU General Public License.

I have only tried the Reg cleaner and it worked great.. 8)..It's a 30 day trial but you can uninstall it after 30 days then reinstall it if you find you can't live without it.. :o ;) ;D

I think the first one is 'members only', Cammy.   :-\  Some good progs there.  I would, however, advise caution when using any programs of this type.  Secure file deletion means just that - you'll never get it back, so be careful what you delete!  I found that out to my cost, when I accidentally 'erased' six month's worth of company accounts, thinking I had secure back up's of them.  :-[  Also with Reg Cleaner type programs, caution should be used.  Always ensure you have a back up of your registry before attempting any sort of maintenance.
Many thanks to all our members, who have made PC Pals such an outstanding success!   :thumb:
