Case looks OK (I've gone for the solid aluminium mini cases recently so am a bit biased :) ).

Board should fit as they are pretty much a standard layout these days. (ATX, Micro ATX)

To unlock your Athlon (it is an Athlon and not a Duron right?) you need to bridge some marks on the chip.
Info here:
http://www.dansdata.com/socketas.htm

This is the link for the Duron.

Your motherboard will have to support the new clock speed though.
hey promised the earth! Then delivered mud.
Technically it did meet the spec.

Comes down to:

Look at top of chip
Get a 2B pencil
Draw lines to rejoin the L1 links i.e. turn ":" into "|" for the 4 lines.
Chip is then unlocked (so changing the multiplier and clock speed on your motherboard will then work).

Set clock and multiplier on board to 133/266 and 8 respectively.

If machine boots up then great, if not then try a lower multiplier.

If it doesn't want to overclock then remove the pencil marks with an eraser.

If you follow the first link and read the OVERCLOCKING section before trying then you should have no problems.
