How did you save it and upload it?  If you have edited it at all, some image editing software will only save one layer of an animated .gif, hence it not moving as the other layers may be missing.  Not saying this is the problem, just a thought.  Mine moves, so I don't think it's anything to do with the forum software.

I have used a few pics now and all of them move but stop when i put t on only one moves and I think it Funny so ill keep this one LOL

Thinking about it, I have a feeling there may be a file size limit for avatars, so maybe the ones that didn't work were too large?  :dunno:
