Google Earth swallows enough time without trying to fly the thing!  ;)

One thing that has always astonished me is how quickly time passes when you're in front of a PC screen.  And why is it that something always happens to delay you, when you just want to do something quickly?  :nerd:

It's the beta version of Einstein's law of relativity.

I say to Sue that I'll be down in five minutes, but she claims I actually took an hour. The reason for this is my proximity to the CPU, where the electrons are buzzing about at a rate of knots. This has the effect of slowing time in the vicinity and, as a result, five minutes of computer time is equivalent to an hour of 'earth time'. Of course, I am unable to prove this to Sue as, by the time she challenges me, I have turned off my machine and all clocks have adjusted to local time.

Don't you have a po-faced smiley??  :P

I think the best we can do is... ':|

Sue has my sympathy.   She should get together with Mrs Clive!    ;)

Mine spends as much time on the internet as myself.  Often using both a PC and laptop at the same time!   :o

Sue only uses one machine at a time, Clive. I'm the one with the lappy sat next to the main machine. Too many forums, not enough time...  ;)
