anyone know how to get round this.
this page here
http://bbcessentialmixes.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2007-03-04T13%3A30%3A00Z&max-results=10
will not let me select any text for copy or has no right click menu available.
yeah ok I guess its maybe to stop people 'nicking' stuff but its a lot easier to copy and paste text than type it all out

Not that I know of, Baz, but Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C seems to work if you want to copy the whole page then paste it into Notepad. You could then pick the bits you want out of there.

In FF, Edit, Select all, then paste where you want. It's not pretty, but it grabs the text.

thanks guys but I already tried all that and for some reason it just wont work for me. Tried IE and FF both dont paste after copy.
its not important just that it stumped me when I was asked how to do it by my son.
would be handy to know why its not working though for the future
Thanks again.

It worked for me. You have to make sure the cursor is in the text area of the page before executing either of the above.
