I'm not sure when I joined, but I have picked up some useful knowledge. Came in handy when we replaced Michael's Motherboard and CPU.

Are you into overclocking then, gmax?

I see, a chicken just like us...

With the cost of computer hardware, we can't afford running the risk of blowing them up.

Only if you promised to leave your chainsaw at home, but you probably get a job with Gunns.

Adelaide is a nice place, always enjoy watching cricket from the Adelaide Oval. Did you enjoy the record heatwave?

I don't mind the heat but 15 days of over 35c is a bit much :ack:, now its almost time to light the fire, :)

At least it's a dry heat, humidity is far worse. I grew up in Canberra, which has a similar climate to Adelaide.

Haven't been that far north, Mackay is as far as I've been, really liked the town, but anywhere in Queensland is way too hot and humid for me. I did live in Brisbane for a few years, found it quite friendly, more of a big country town than a city, but that was some time ago. One thing I didn't enjoy about the tropical north, besides the weather, was all the creepy crawlies, didn't like the insects much either.  ;D  I don't think Simon would like the tropical north.  ;)
