The sad thing is, it'll be so easy for him to do it.  Nowadays you hardly need to sell any copies to get a No 1 hit compared to the number of discs that were sold in the 60s, 70s and 80s.

Not that I'm a fan, although he did bring out a reasonable single a couple of years ago called What Car, with the standard of music in the charts these days, it could be the best thing in it!  ;D

As long as it does not contain that dreadful "Thump Thump" that young people delight in today, I will be happy to buy it!

That horific "Thump Thump" that so called music has in it today is akin to torture of the brain, and should be banned, although on second thoughts, I suppose as most young people today have no brain, they dont really know!!

I remember Simon once did say how much he liked Cliff Richard.  Strangely, that post has now disappeared...

I'm sure Simon will have a copy because he's a self confessed Cliff fan.   :laugh:
