Topic: cannot forward attachments in Outlook Express

In recent days I have been unable to forward attachments in Outlook Express.  The problem only affects attachments containing risque material such as pictures of naked sheep whereas completely clean pictures sail through without hinderance.  Why has OE become so puritanical in its old age?     This is the error message I receive:

How big is the image, Clive?

Yes Clive How big are they ?

That one is 1.49 Mb.  But I can forward much larger ones than that.

If it's only just started happening, and you've not changed any settings, my guess would be a server issue, Clive, with an emphasis on 'guess'.

Given the sync speed you're reporting in the other thread, Clive, it's possible the connection dropped out briefly while sending. The other question, which you appear to have answered, is that BT don't have a size limit on attachments.
