Linux AD - What does it mean to be free?
« on: April 15, 2009, 18:59 »
The Linux Foundation recently ran a competition to find the best Linux ad to compete against the stupid I'm a MAC, I'm a PC bull s**t (even though modern macs are just the same and a PC isn't an operating system which is what they both imply... )

The winning video was:

http://video.linuxfoundation.org/video/1106

but I personally love this one:

I think it says it all, Linux will save you and get you booty.

Better commentary on this over at: http://www.itwire.com/content/view/24408/1231/

Simon you spammer.

I would rather pay for a halfass operating system with good support then have a great operating system with no support.

The first one wouldn't load last night, but I did watch the second one, yes.  I'm sure it was an out-take from Casualty! ;D
