Yes, some Web designers think of the most stupid colours for their pages.  I don't even try to read them!  ::)

I used to specialise in helping dentists network when the NHS was handing out big grants for them to do so. Some of the software was crazy, written with red, blue and green text on a black ground. It was more like doing an eyetest than any use as software.
