That's probably true, Cam.  What's the Android apps library like at the moment?  On par with Apple or BlackBerry?

It seems to have all the bases covered.

The way it appears is that say the Iphone has 100 screen capture apps where most will just choose between the best 2 or 3, Android will just have 2 but probably 2 pretty good ones.

As i said a lot of the hard work done over the last few years on iphone apps is the starting point for Android.

I read there was 10,000 apps by September which is surprising but it's quality not quantity that counts.

This is worth a read on the phone your looking at and if you want the big screen may be the best option at this time > HTC-HD2

You should get good info from the verdict at the end of the review and also the comments on the last page.

Ohhh  YESSS!!!   :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot: :woot:

HTC has also gone to town with its implementation of the Sense UI, revamping all its icons and menus to make them even bigger, shinier, and fancier to suit the enormous screen. Possibly the best demonstration of this - and it's unfortunately rather difficult to capture in still photos - is the weather animation that is activated when you turn on the phone. When raining (as it was at the time), you get animated clouds and rainfall in the background while rain drops will cover the inside of your screen until a windscreen wiper appears and wipes it all away. Of course it's a total gimmick but it is rather impressive and does mean you get a full and accurate description of the weather without needing to read anything.

Gotta have it!

I have.  They are chasing FedEx, but have assured me that the products should be OK.

Same here. Unless they stuff is allowed to freeze, it should be fine, it's just the frustration of chasing carriers, isn't it? So far this week I've had Parcelforce try to deliver a parcel that I posted to me, I've had Royal Mail lose one Amazon delivery and make the other 'guaranteed Saturday' delivery on Monday afternoon, and the replacement order from Amazon has now been lost by Citylink, who scanned it into their system on collection, and it's not been seen since. :sigh:

On top of all that, they expect you to wait in all day for them, as if you haven't anything else to do.   >:(

Indeed. Why can't we have a civilised system with time slots?

Yes, they must, after all, have some sort of a planned schedule.

You're more optimistic than me, Simon. I think they just chuck it in the back and work from point to point...
