Google is learning that being a star contender in the smartphone arena takes more than a big name and well-crafted hardware. Nexus One has stumbled since its grand launch on January 5 as buyers grumble that there is nowhere to go but online for answers to complaints or questions.

This seems to be the normal way we have to accept getting to grips with techie things hence sites like PC-Pals

Thinking about it, the Pam, or USR Pilot as it was initially, had a forum dedicated to it while we all got to grips with our new toys.

I don't know if it's me, but the phone just doesn't look that attractive.  Not when compared to this...

I have to tell you that a friend of mine still has one as his main phone.  You can still buy them from secondhand shops for around £150.
