By the way, I never use contact forms, as I've found they rarely get responded to, IDNet being no exception.

I find it a useful measure of the company in the first instance.

Possibly, but I'm glad I didn't use it as a measure for IDNet.

Me too. Communications don't seem good in most companies these days, and contact forms are often the weakest element. They really should put more effort in.

In other words, a non-response shouldn't necessarily put one off.
