I would be, but I don't really like soft cheeses.

Really?  I would never even have thought of salt being in cheese.

Cheese is very salty, sadly. The rest is fat. There are some reasonable low fat, low salt, cheeses around, but they are few and far apart.

Have to admit, this could be quite dangerous, as they are much nicer than supermarket pre-packed cheeses.
