The genes that are most beneficial to males are the most disadvantageous for females, and vice versa. However, this genetic conflict between the sexes is important in maintaining genetic variation within a species, researchers at Uppsala University have shown in a study on fruit-flies published in the open access journal PLoS Biology.

Its fairly obvious when you look at how the brain works in humans.
The female gene makes the brain work more efficiently and without the need to consult a penis before making a decision on what action to take. Females having a male gene affecting their perfectly working brain would be disastrous and would lead to the extinction of the human race
