Lesley Thomas observed in one of his books that you could always tell driving instructors in summer as they had brown left arms.

I've got a smashing recipe for barbecue sauce in a book by Lynne Baxter.  I'll post it later.  I'd post it now, but I'm just taking a coffee break as I move into my kitchen - the final phase of work (bar splash-back tiling) was completed this afternoon.

Pans, knives, graters, gizmos - only a full list will do. :)

Ice cream maker
Food processor
Kenwood chef
Electric mincer
Electric slicer
Vacuum sealer
Sausage stuffer
Burger press
Two bread machines
Kettle!
Microwave oven
Spice grinder
Hand blender
Liquidiser
Pasta machine
Tortilla press
Digital scales

And those are just the gadgets that I've been able to locate so far - there's probably quite a few more stuck in cubby holes dotted all over the house!  If I was to list stuff like cleavers, pans, home brew equipment etc, I'd be here all evening  ;D .

You need the fat - it helps the flavour.

All I have is:

A bread machine
Kettle
Microwave oven
Liquidiser

Yup, that's it.   ;D  I could ditch the liquidiser too but Mrs Clive uses it when she makes soup.  I prefer mine with the bits in!
