The excitement of waiting for the pies has all come to nothing. Just had an e-mail telling me my payment has been refunded, as I am not in their delivery area. Im on the Isle of Wight. Oh well off to Tesco for some more mass produced crap!!

Funny thing was when they were on QVC I had a delivery!

Be adventurous, Delgado - make your own pies instead of buying them!  At least you'll know what goes into them, instead of all the mechanically recovered mush that so many manufacturers put into their pies.  You can't even trust so-called 'premium' products nowadays.

Mine came in one of their own vans, but they are local to me.  I thought they used CityLink for deliveries, so I'm surprised they can't make it across to the Island.

Gill- afraid I cant be bothered with making my own-retired and lazy!!

Ive found a company that makes pies and delivers to my area-HOORAY!

It seems that the Tories have sold the IoW to help pay off the national debt Delgado.  As I understand it you can now get free delivery of meat pies from France.   :devil:

Looking forward to being under the French System-might improve my Pension Benefits!

My pies are coming from Nottinghamshire-My Pension is coming from France I hope!!
