Topic: Notebook battery

Hello Pals,

I'm looking for a new battery.
It is a 10.8V and the majority of the batteries that I find on the net are 11.1V
In your opinion would this difference make much of a difference to my notebook.

I guess it might not provide enough power.

What is the spec of the battery? i.e. make, what notebook for?

Hi Sam,

First of all it's for an Acer Aspire One ZG5. I use it generally for surfing and Word, nothing too heavy. It's usually on for an hour or two five days per week.

There are plenty on the net, but 11.1V

Yep. No warranty.
My daughter got it from a friend, and she gave it to me. It's called notebook laundering

I just store the spares under the desk, John.

I bought one similar to yours off ebay , but it was the long life one that lasts 6 hrs for £32.00 6 months back

Doing ok    it's a bit more bulky than a normal battery but ok.

The battery arrived today, and it fits!
It charged up well. No problems.
As you can see, it came well packed.
