It's a sort of 'strong' Brie, and often served fried, not fired. Bloody keyboard.

I also made some veggie burgers using courgettes grown in the allotment. Unbelievably, it's an Ainsley Harriott recipe yet it's really tasty. Oh, and here's a link to the recipe, just for Sam
