Tapisrv

Not sure if this is in the right place or not, but I'm sure some eagle-eyed mod will sort it if it is.
Sometimes when I disconnect from my DSL I get the message "Tapisrv has caused en error in RPCRT4.DLL. Tapisrv will now close". The 2 monitor icon remains in taskbar by the clock. The only way to get rid of it is to reboot. This is happening about 7 out of 10 times.
Any ideas folks?

Just wondering what OS you are running - there are a few mentions of a similar problem.
e.g.
http://www.bearcy.com/adsl-win2k.html
Basically any info like OS, Modem type, when it started would be useful as there doesn't seem to be a generic problem for those symptoms as such.

I had a look around earlier Dack, and it seems to be a problem with Windows 98. I have seen suggestions that one of the Microsoft patches may cure it so it may be worth checking to see if any updates are available Barra.

Thats one of the few problems I haven't had with ME then.
I've not seen that one Barra, I do get alot of messages about other DLL's though.
