Topic: Force9 Broadband "Home" Users

Hi All,

This is to all users of Force9 Home broadband service - and maybe plusnets equivelent.

I found out today that when I originally signed up 6 or so months back, I got charged an extra £1 a month for domain registration.  This brought my monthly total to £22.99 instead of the advertised £21.99

I queried this today - as I only just noticed it   (an oversight on my part).  Force9's support said that as I didn't opt out for this they added it to my package. I don't have a domain with them and and I didn't opt in for it either.

So check your accounts - you may be being charged an extra quid for nothing.  Check My domains in My Portal part.

I know its not much, but don't say I never give you all anything, and extra £1 a month - now that could come in handy
